All services are subject to availability and feasibility based on site conditions.

2. Booking and Confirmation

Service bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of any required advance payment as communicated during the booking process.
The customer must provide accurate details regarding the location, drilling requirements, and access to the site.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices for services will be communicated prior to commencement and depend on the scope of work, location, and geological conditions.
Any additional costs arising during the service (e.g., unforeseen geological challenges or additional equipment) will be communicated promptly and must be approved by the customer.
Payment must be made as per the agreed terms. Delayed payments may result in service interruptions or additional charges.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing proper access to the site, including obtaining any required permissions from local authorities or property owners.
The customer must ensure the site is free from obstructions that may hinder the drilling process.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by site inaccessibility or other customer-related issues.

5. No Guarantee on Water Yield

Borewell water yield is dependent on geological conditions beyond the company’s control.
Sri Shankara Borewells does not guarantee the presence or volume of water at the drilled site. Payment is due for the drilling service regardless of the outcome.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be communicated prior to mobilization of equipment to the site. Any refunds will be subject to deductions for administrative or mobilization costs.
Refunds are not applicable once the drilling process has commenced.

7. Liability

Sri Shankara Borewells is not liable for damage to underground utilities, structures, or property unless specifically informed by the customer prior to drilling.
The company is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

8. Warranty and Maintenance

Borewell construction is covered under a limited warranty against technical faults caused by workmanship for a specified period (as communicated during the service).
Regular maintenance of the borewell is the responsibility of the customer unless a maintenance contract is agreed upon.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, and designs on Sri Shankara Borewells’ website or promotional materials, is the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the services provided by Sri Shankara Borewells will first be addressed through mutual discussion.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Bangalore], India.
